It also ensures legal protection for them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and provides legal assistance when needed.
Types of visas available in the United Arab Emirates

Investor visa
These visas are issued to investors and businessmen who intend to establish a company in the mainland of the UAE, and are valid for a period of up to three years, subject to renewal.
- The applicant must invest a certain amount of money in a company in the UAE
- To obtain a 10-year visa: Establish a company in the UAE with a capital of AED 10 million
- To obtain a 5-year visa for entrepreneurs: An individual must invest a minimum of AED 500,000 in an existing project or a project that has been approved by an approved business incubator.
- The company must be legal and licensed to operate in the UAE and provide proof of investment, such as bank statements or financial documents
- Obtain a valid passport
- Must pass a security check
- The applicant may be asked to undergo a medical examination

Partner visa
This type of visa is granted to business partners of an Emirati citizen or a company in the United Arab Emirates, and is valid for up to three years, with the possibility of renewal.
- A document showing how much money will be invested in the company, such as a bank statement or a letter from the investor's bank
- A copy of the business license or registration certificate of the proposed company
- A certificate of good conduct or a police clearance certificate from the investor’s home country
- A medical fitness certificate obtained from a medical center approved by the UAE government
- A sponsor must be appointed for the visa application process, and this can be a business partner or a UAE-based company

Tourist Visa
A tourist visit visa allows entry to the United Arab Emirates for a limited period for tourism, leisure, or visiting purposes.
- The visa is valid for 30 days from the date of entry into the UAE and can be extended for an additional 30 days.
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of entry into the UAE and cannot be extended
- A valid passport with a validity of no less than 6 months
- Confirmed return flight ticket
- Proof of residence
- Travel insurance
- Sufficient funds to cover the costs of accommodation in the UAE

Family visa
The family visa is issued to family members of an employee or investor in the UAE, and is valid for up to three years, subject to renewal.
- The applicant must be a family member of an Emirati citizen or resident in the Emirates and hold a valid residence permit
- Eligible family members vary, but usually include spouses, children, parents, and sometimes siblings
- Proof of relationship must be provided, such as birth certificates or marriage certificates
- Submit a copy of the sponsor’s residence permit
- Obtain a valid passport
- Pass the security check
- Conduct a medical examination
